    POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for greeting and screening patients and visitors to the hospital for inpatient or outpatient procedures.

    This includes but is not limited to collecting demographics for the name badge software, screening all visitors and patients for Covid symptoms, updating Visitor Tracker system, checking temperatures of all patients and Visitors according to visitor policy.

    Greet and assist all visitors and patients in a friendly and courteous manner.

    This person is also responsible to provide information to all customers, patients and co-workers as appropriate based on current regulation.

    $12.17#- $16.85#DOE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Licenses and Certifications Required None Educational Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience Requirements Customer service experience required. Previous work in a health care setting and previous work in a setting that involves public contact and customer service preferred. Office/clerical experience preferred. Special Skills or Training Requirements Typing and computer skills, and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the telephone. Ability to demonstrate good judgement in handling incoming calls and in person patients efficiently and appropriately. Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; working efficiently and multi-tasking. Compliance with all privacy and confidentiality standards per Trinity#s policies.
