    What You'll Do
    This position will lead the supply planning, supplier relationships, and logistics functions by establishing strategies and processes that align with the corporate strategy while leading the team to execution. Together with the team, the Director will be accountable for the entire supply chain, while actively planning and executing to achieve productivity and efficiency, managing risks, generating cost savings, and cultivating relationships that align with the company's strategic priorities. As a strong and versatile business strategist, the Director will own continuous improvement across the supply chain team and create and implement processes and initiatives to ensure that our supply partners are able to predictably meet service levels and financial goals.
    • Lead and develop a highly talented supply chain team. by providing direction and guidance as well as setting clear performance expectations and coaching for excellence.
    • Create a vision and strategy for the supply chain leadership function and work collaboratively with cross-functional senior leaders to accomplish organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with demand planning, product line leadership, hardware engineering, field operations and finance teams to drive cross-functional alignment.
    • Oversee team in:
      • Identifying opportunities to develop, improve or simplify processes, guidelines and policies for effective supplier management practices, order fulfillment, inventory management and logistics activities.
      • Identifying business risks and implementing resolutions and scalable mechanisms across the supply chain management function.
    • Build and develop relationships at the executive level with suppliers and partners to ensure contractual commitment, alignment and accountability.
    • Establish a culture focused on continuous process improvements aimed at achieving predictability and efficient operations.
    • Establish performance monitoring/KPI programs to effectively measure the performance of our internal supply chain team and external partners
    • Lead team members' professional growth and development to ensure each individual's competencies and deliverables are aligned with organizational goals and objectives
    What You'll Bring
    • 10+ years of supply chain management experience on a global scale, including ODM, EMS, and supply chain planning and strategy
    • 10+ years building, leading, and developing teams
      • Experience in growing and scaling an international supply chain organization
    • Proven ability to define expectations in ambiguity and influence change at all levels within an organization and with external stakeholders.
    • Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
    • Strong verbal communication skills with demonstrated abilities to engage and influence senior executives.
    • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills are required.
    • Strong negotiation skills - able to forge strong relationships and maintain credibility internally and with suppliers.
    • Bachelor's degree in related field.
    • Direct management experience in a medical device or regulated environment preferred.
