    Summary

    We are looking for a part time Child Care Aide. If you are energetic, imaginative, and excited to work with is the place for you

    Duties


    Minimum Qualifications:
    ECEdegree/classes and/or experience in child care desirable but not required.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Organizing activities with the children in accordance with the curriculum as prepared by the Head Teacher.
    • Prepare materials for the Teacher for planned activities.
    • Diapering and potty training as necessary.
    • Aide Teacher in cleaning classroom.
    • Other duties as assigned which may include but are not limited to: a) Cleaning. upCDCkitchen and b) OrganizingCDCkitchen and supplies.
    Requirements


    Requirements prior to employment:

    • All employees who are 18 years of age and older are required to submit finger prints to local and federal repositories for background checks prior to start date

    $8 for one finger print cards payable to Carson City Sheriff's Dept.

    Requirements for the duration of employment:

    • Employees must take the State of Nevada required initial training within the first 90 days of employment.
    • Employees must take annual hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related subjects every licensing year of employment.
