Job summary
Promote company Core Values to foster and safeguard family-centric culture Assist in managing project cost including budget forecast commitments accruals Work-In-Place milestones WBS progress risks and KPIs Utilize maintain historical cost databases input of budgets commitments work in place invoices forecasts Provide weekly monthly adhoc project status reports cost schedule risk manpower report Conduct accrual analysis coordinate payment processing teams track vendor payments Review invoices accuracy trend analysis monitor open POs calculate expected cost impact initiate action resolve Work Project Manager P6 Scheduler progress warning signs critical path alignment between cost schedule Manage project change control process maintain baseline current budget reflect approved changes Provide coaching development guidance team members encouraging Lean culture emerging technologies Drive continuous improvement activities support Lean initiatives site align deployed corporate strategic goals This position generally expected require minimal overnight travel 5% individual role should able willing travel E2 Optics+
