POSITION OVERVIEW

This position is for highly organized and customer-centric individuals who have a passion for

delivering outstanding results. Previous handyman experience is necessary. This position's fit is

focused on the fine finish details and a team member with extensive tool inventory. Moderate

construction skills are necessary. This is a great opportunity to develop alongside a fast-growing

company. Flexibility based on seasonal work could be required.

House Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvement service company specializing in

both large and small jobs in the Fox Valley area. We are looking for energetic and friendly people

who enjoy working on various home improvement and maintenance projects such as repairs,

flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Completing handyman and home improvement projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall,

carpentry, painting, remodels of bath/kitchen.

 Able to scope and quantify time and materials for projects

 Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks

 Working and communicating with clients to provide exceptional customer service

 Representing House Doctors in the local community, and networking with potential

customers as needs arise

 Providing and maintaining tool inventory to complete majority of handyman jobs

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

 3+ years of labor or handyman services

 Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in

the handyman industry

 Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems

 Friendly personality and committed to great customer service

 A strong work ethic and highly dependable

 Ability to manage jobs and work on a computer/tablet

 Able to perform physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools

 Valid driver's license and vehicle to transport self & tools to job.
