    Inventory Operations Specialist - Onsite in Arlington ($55K-70K)

    Overview

    The Inventory Operations Specialist supports accurate stock management and efficient warehouse performance. This role focuses on maintaining reliable inventory records, improving material flow, and supporting daily distribution activities while upholding safety, quality, and operational standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy across all storage locations
    • Perform routine counts, audits, and variance investigations to resolve discrepancies
    • Maintain and update inventory data within warehouse systems
    • Support inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, and shipping
    • Coordinate product movement to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
    • Analyze inventory trends and assist with reporting and performance tracking
    • Promote safe work practices and assist with maintaining an organized warehouse environment
    • Collaborate with leadership and warehouse teams to improve processes and reduce inventory loss
    • Train team members on inventory procedures and system usage as needed

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 2+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations
    • Bilingual in Spanish is required
    • Experience with inventory systems and cycle counting processes
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
