    Job Title

    We are seeking highly motivated sales professionals to join our team as Licensed Sales Professionals in Training (LSPIT).

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect for new business through outbound calls, emails, and lead databases.
    • Cross-sell additional Allstate products to existing client households.
    • Generate quotes at a high volume and meet new business production goals.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Motivated, ambitious, resilient self-starter and sales closer.
    • Successful track record of meeting and/or exceeding goals in a high-volume sales environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology systems.

    Requirements

    • High School diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
    • A property and casualty (P&C) insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

    The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on the title, job description, and location. This is a competitive salary that reflects the skills and qualifications required for the position.
