Job Summary
The CHCPE AFL & PCA Program Coordinator serves as the primary administrative and operational support for the Adult Family Living (AFL) and Personal Care Attendant (PCA) programs under the Connecticut Home Care Program for Elders (CHCPE)Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1–2 years of administrative, healthcare, or program coordination experience
- Experience with hiring, onboarding, and scheduling staff
