    Description

    Summary

    The Office Manager role is crucial in maintaining the daily operations of Wise Oak Financial Group, a not-for-profit financial services organization. This position involves developing and overseeing operating procedures, maintaining records and client files, handling postal mail, ordering supplies,
    and utilizing Thrivent computer systems to support client relations.

    The successful candidate will have prior administrative experience and strong technical skills. They must be able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Maintaining inventory and purchasing office supplies as needed
    • Processing and distributing physical mail
    • Tracking business expenses and vendor relationships for the practice
    • Maintaining professional appearance of all office areas
    This part-time role offers an immediate growth opportunity with Life & Health Licensing as well as Securities licensing (SIE Series 7/66) within the first year. Potential for additional hours and compensation may arise in the future.
