- Pay Rate: $18/hr
- Shift: 9am to 5pm, Monday - Friday
- Ability to lead a team in a complex janitorial operation environment
- Provide efficient and timely support to Maintenance and Field Operations teams
- Perform cleaning tasks in various work areas
- Adhere to Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart
- Manage team shifts and operations schedules effectively
- Provide feedback and escalate issues promptly to the Management Team
- Prior experience in janitorial operations and distribution centers
- 1+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift operation
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to motivate team members
- Successful completion of background check and drug test
