As a Senior Coordinator, Marketing and Proposals in our Madison office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all. 

Why we need you:

The Senior Coordinator, Marketing and Proposals, leads in developing, organizing, and refining high-quality proposals, qualifications, and presentations targeted to clients. This role collaborates closely with marketing and business development teams, taking on more complex proposal initiatives and actively supporting pursuit strategies. With increased autonomy, the Senior Coordinator ensures that deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines, guiding and supporting other team members in their tasks. You will assist with any number of marketing-related projects under the guidance of the Director of Business Development and Market Leaders, Principals, and technical staff.  Additionally, this role leverages marketing systems and tools to streamline processes, offering insights to improve efficiency across proposal workflows. The Senior Coordinator contributes to key projects and strengthens AEI's market positioning and client engagement efforts.

Expertise of our most successful Senior Marketing Coordinator:

• Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, English, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in professional services marketing and proposals writing, preferably within the AEC industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and in-depth knowledge of marketing tools.
• Strong Adobe InDesign Knowledge: advanced working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
• Graphic Design Skills: Strong graphic design capabilities.
• CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM databases (e.g., Deltek, Salesforce, Cosential/Unanet).
