Residential Sales Associate SRG offers flexible staffing solutions with a national presence. We provide contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire, and executive search services.

SRG utilizes an innovative approach to identify and qualify talent that is unique to the Staffing industry, featuring a cutting-edge platform that allows us to match professionals rapidly and precisely to client requirements.

Contract with potential for permanent consideration (permanent placements are base + commission with average compensation of 62-65k and 90k-125k for Senior Sales)

Expand our residential customer base through proactive sales initiatives. Introduce innovative telecom solutions to potential customers with confidence. Craft and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to individual needs. Seal the deal and efficiently handle customer paperwork to ensure seamless transactions. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:
While sales experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with engaging interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn. Demonstrate strong time management, communication, and organizational abilities. Exhibit integrity, accountability, and flexibility in scheduling. Possess a valid driver s license and reliable personal vehicle for door-to-door sales activities.
