    Overview and Job Summary
    Reporting to the Marketing Director, this position's primary responsibilities are: 1.) growth in Client referrals with a corresponding increase in revenue and 2.) Public Relations Development and Management.


    The Marketing Coordinator will represent our agency to referral sources such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing agencies, clinics and more.

    Also, focus on marketing our agency to Caregivers in the markets we serve is a primary function.


    The Marketing Coordinator will play an integral role in the company's efforts of upholding the Vision Statement of Cassiel DBA Visiting Angels, which states, "We provide a profoundly remarkable experience.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, developing and implementation of Visiting Angels' marketing strategies, marketing communications and public relation activities-both external and internal.

    Development of relationships with key referral sources through consistent, regular and creative contact is an essential role of this position.

    Advacement of our Caregiver recruiting process through traditional and innovative methods is an increasingly important aspect of the Marketing position.

    The Marketing Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:1.) Event Coordination & Attendance
    2.) Participation in Business & Industry Groups
    3.) Regular & Consistent report development
    4.) Gain and Maintain Knowledge of Agency programs, policies & procedures
    5.) Become efficient in use of company operations software
    6.) Growth in the number of Caregiver applicants
    7.) Growth in Revenue


    ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP

    • Facilitate and support a culture of caring and excellence as it relates to both
    Referral Sources, Caregivers and Office Staff


    • Consistently utilize and develop best management practices pertaining to
    organizational effectiveness within areas of responsibility


    • Manage responsibilities effectively
    • Demonstrate leadership and vision in pursuit of excellence
    • Remain open to direction and collaboration to accomplish objectives
    • Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy
    • Effectively communicate details and facts in support of the organizations goals
    and objectives


    GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • Commitment to the mission of Visiting Angels
    • Demonstrated skills in sales/marketing
    • Experience in public relations and advertising activities
    • Possess professional verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to effectively communicate in one-to-one or large group situations
    • Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software
    • Working knowledge of website & social media content
    • Ability to effectively self-manage time and activities
    • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards
    • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or related area preferred
