- Oversee all sample/product coordination, including:
- Sample inventory process and organization into Fashion GPS system
- Sample closet organization
- Showroom merchandising
- Sample trafficking to support editorial, VIP, and social shoots
- Press/VIP appointment setup
- Product seedings
- Product order tracker
- Reporting & database upkeep
- Oversee all brand credit capture
- Prepare weekly/monthly credit reports
- Point of contact for all media monitoring tools
- Maintain contact database
- Organization and record keeping of seasonal assets
- Process and track external vendor invoices for the communications team
- Support PR team on external activations/events
