Description

We are looking for a talented Mid-Level Automation Tester to join our GenAI team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in test automation, particularly with Selenium or similar tools. Experience in validating Generative AI solutions is advantageous, and familiarity with AccelQ is a plus.


Responsibilities:
Develop and implement automated test scripts for GenAI applications, ensuring robustness, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and translate them into test scenarios and scripts.
Execute and maintain automated test suites, identifying and reporting defects to ensure high-quality GenAI solutions.
Design, implement, and maintain test frameworks, enhancing automation testing practices and efficiency.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Contribute to the enhancement of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for GenAI projects.
Provide timely feedback on software quality, highlighting risks and potential improvements.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in software automation testing with a focus on web applications.
Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, or similar frameworks for UI test automation.
Experience in API testing and validation using tools like Postman or RestAssured is beneficial.
Knowledge of testing AI or machine learning-driven applications is a plus, particularly in Generative AI.
Familiarity with AccelQ for test automation is advantageous.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
