    Facility Clearance Branch (FCB) Analyst Quantico, VA- Hybrid A3 Consulting, LLC is looking for an FCB Analyst to provide analysis for Facility Clearance (FCLs), Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI), and the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) cases.


    In this job, you will:

    • Produce Business Assessments/Risk Indicator Reports and accompanying Source Packages related to FCL eligibility, FOCI of contractors, or other business vulnerabilities.
    • Review and analyze corporate governance documents submitted by companies entering or participating in the NISP, FY20 NDAA section 847, or direct contract with DCSA, as well as other open source, commercial, and classified sources to identify discrepancies, omissions; validate ownership, control, or influence; and identify risk indicators.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, provide contextual understanding for those situations, and recommend solutions as appropriate.
    • Conduct all-source, business-related research and analysis, including, but not limited to Bloomberg, open-source research, and Government databases aimed at U.S. and foreign companies and affiliated parties (key management personnel, suppliers, partners, creditors, owners, investors, and other and foreign affiliations, etc.) while producing Business/FOCI Assessments.

    Qualifications for the role:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, finance, accounting, economics, market research, or equivalent experience
    • 3-5 years of experience
    • Experience in risk analysis, competitive intelligence, commercial due diligence, finance, or mergers and acquisitions.
    • Experience in applying analytical standards to business intelligence data
    • Experience using commercial and proprietary Business, legal, and intelligence databases and resources (e.g., Marigold, Panjiva, Bloomberg, Factiva, LexisNexis, Factset, Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, Dunn & Bradstreet, Dow Jones, etc.)
    • Experience identifying trends, patterns, anomalies, and recommended solutions.
    • Knowledgeable and able to apply data analysis, trend analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
    • Capable of applying analytic standards (i.e., Intelligence Community Directive 203) to business intelligence data.
    • Knowledgeable of data manipulation within databases and Microsoft software packages, and knowledgeable and skilled in using commercial, proprietary, and government business, legal, and intelligence databases and resources (e.g., Marigold, Panjiva,
    • Bloomberg, Factiva, LexisNexis, Factset, Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, Dunn & Bradstreet, Dow Jones, Palantir, Pitchbook, Bureau Van Djik, Edgar, NISS, DISS, etc.)
    • Capable of expertly communicating the results of their research and analysis in writing via an analytical product, and able to coherently discuss their rationale, understanding, and opinions to DCSA, such as Risk Mitigation Officers, Counterintelligence Analysts, Business Analysts or field elements, and with industry stakeholders, as required

    Security Clearance:

    • Must have an active U.S.

    Government Top Secret Clearance Salary range:

    • The salary range of this position is $80,000-85,000, commensurate with experience and achievement.
