    Provide guidance, consultative, and facilitator services to departments within the organization, achieving performance improvement goals and overall clinical quality activities.

    Coordinate the dissemination of performance improvement information within the organization ensuring statistical analysis and comparative processes are included.

    Administer management support programs for the Commander and Deputy Commander which fulfill the organization's requirements for strategic planning and data management.

    Coordinate, prepare, and plan the annual departmental operating budget; develop cost account analyses, projections, and justifications.

    Perform as administrative and technical liaison between the Contracting Officer's Technical Representatives (COTR) and Contracting Office (CO) contracting specialist on all acquisition issues.

    Manage organization administrative workload, duties, and oversees final work product for accuracy and completeness, promoting maximum productivity.
