    Your Role:

    As a Senior HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

    You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    Manage employee relations issues with professionalism and a focus on conflict resolution.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
    Conduct training sessions on topics such as diversity, equity, and inclusion, leadership development, and performance management.
    Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve our HR processes and programs.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR program management.
    Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
