- Implement process improvements using lean principles
- Benchmark, develop and integrate Employee Relations' strategies and processes and prepares recommendations to senior leadership
- Provide education on Employee Relations' strategies and processes
- Develop strong partnerships with business leaders, HR Generalists, HR functions and build integrated solutions that will foster a culture based on relationships, trust and engagement
- Develop and provide education on Labor Relations strategies and processes
- Share knowledge, guide and interpret labor relations issues and have a sound understanding of labor law and related updates
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners
- Communicate effectively with all levels of employees, from individual contributors to executives
- Capable of traveling 25%
- 5+ years of experience communicating effectively with multiple levels of an organization
- 1+ years of experience working with labor unions
- Able and willing to travel 25% of the time domestically
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience with HR Labor and/or Employment related laws, policies and procedures, in particular the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)
- Experience working in an HR capacity

The ideal applicant is someone who has a broad range of experience covering the areas of labor relations, positive employee relations, and employee engagement. The selected candidate for this position will demonstrate proactive approaches to identifying issues, generating ideas and developing solutions.
Our team is hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced or Senior Specialists.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
