    DUTIES:
    • Serve as a resource to program managers concerning compliance. Advise around issues warranting attention; provide interpretation of applicable statutes, rules and regulations, Spurwink Policies & Procedures, and the principles of "Best Practice" and "Continuous Quality Improvement; and answer any questions as needed. Provide education/training regarding the above as requested by any program/department.
    • Conduct Quality Improvement Reviews.
    • Attend a variety of program-based meetings in numbers sufficient to assess that those served are provided effective quality programming and that agency policies and procedures are followed. Onsite attendance may be required.

    QUALIFTICATION:

    A full clinical license related to behavioral health is preferred, as part of the role is the assessment of clinical content in assessments, treatment plans and other documentation.
