Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIncludes the following: Assists in outbound or inbound marketing activities including content development and optimization, advertising, and event planning.
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITYNo supervisory/management authority.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, advertising, public relations, or related field and two (2) to five (5) years of advertising and/or marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Account management experience required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Apple products. Working knowledge of marketing programs and practices including advertising, media, and social media. Excellent written, communication, presentation, and computer skills. Excellent organizational and planning skills; must be results oriented. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate discussion and drive decision making. Ability to ask probing questions; clarify and confirm responses to ensure complete understanding. Ability to set priorities and work in a group environment or independently. Ability to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. General knowledge of the film & tv industry preferred. General knowledge of economic development strategies preferred.WORK ENVIRONMENTWork is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting. Work may require travel, including overnight stays.
