that we can inspire to grow.
This individual will be responsible for the successful operation of the shop by developing and executing plans to ensure its projected profits.
The candidate should be able to think outside the box to increase the overall success by leading and motivating staff.
Job Duties:
Forecast goals and objectives for the departments and strives to meet them.
Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of Service Advisors and Technicians.
Monitors and controls the performance of the departments using appropriate reports and tracking systems.
Monitors technicians' daily productivity and provides a path for their success.
Training of staff to ensure highest CSI and retention.
Be the leader and role model for staff while providing paths for individual growth and success.
Communicate expectations to staff including adherence to company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with the business office to ensure that records and analyses are maintained accurately.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Knowledge and Understanding of the Automotive Industry is a Must.

Self-motivated and Highly Reliable.
