- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in the execution of the occupational health program.
- Provide occupational health services to the Army Reserve workforce requiring annual physical examinations as part of an applicable regulation and occupation health program.
- Participate in monitoring and providing oversight for program management, performance improvement, risk management, and professional development activities within the USAR Occupational Health Program.
- Review physicals and provide validation, and approval of physical examinations in collaboration with staff performing the physical examinations.
- Examine records of employees with personal medical conditions, which interrupt or interfere with work assignments
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Successful completion of formal education and training as a Physician's Assistant, approved by a nationally recognized professional body.
- Must obtain and maintain a current National Commission of Certification for Physician's Assistant (NCCPA).
- Possess the prescribed credentials and/or license for practice approved by a nationally recognized professional body.

Certification:
