- Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on the health needs of the patients
- Provide a patient-centered approach and culturally competent care
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members
- Conduct examinations of teeth and surrounding tissue utilizing diagnostic tools, including medical and dental histories, dental radiographs, diagnostic casts
- Provide patient education in proper oral healthcare and various treatment options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient electronic records
- Maintain compliance with state, federal and clinic guidelines and protocols
- Keep up with new developments within dentistry, continuing education and licensure
- Monday/Tuesday: 7:50am – 3pm
- Wednesday/Thursday: 7:50am-5pm
- Friday: 7:50am-2pm
- Licensed with the MN Board of Dentistry
- CPR/AED Certificate
- Experience working with culturally diverse communities
- Demonstrated expertise in dental software

CDC has a full-time opportunity for a General Dentist at our Rochester clinic. This position serves as an integral part of the clinical team in providing quality, caring clinical dentistry in a comfortable, culturally-sensitive environment. We are seeking providers who are passionate about our mission
**We are offering a $10k relocation bonus, a $5k sign-on bonus, as well as a $30k retention bonus.
**We are eligible for multiple student loan reimbursement/forgiveness options
