Maintain high standards of cleanliness sanitation and organization in all kitchen and food service areas Operate and maintain the ware-washing system including setup and breakdown Wash dishes pots pans utensils and kitchen equipment Clean sanitize work surfaces equipment kitchens according to policy Store food supplies properly Assist with table setup clearing tables supporting dining service as needed Follow food safety infection control resident rights policies at all times Represent the community in a warm friendly professional manner Work cooperatively with culinary team members other departments Attend required inservices meetings trainings Follow all community safety policies report hazards concerns promptly Maintain confidentiality of resident community information Report to work scheduled demonstrate reliability punctuality Perform other related duties assignedJob description
