- Program Development & Implementation:
- Develops, organizes, and leads programs and activities following a structured curriculum.
- Executes programming and engaging activities within the designated area.
- Facilitates programs using various approaches, such as lectures, discussions, interactive games, and supervised role-playing.
- Administers tools for measuring outcomes.
- Conducts programs with enthusiasm, high energy, and a positive demeanor.
- Health & Safety:
- Ensures program areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Adheres to the policies and procedures of the organization.
- Exercises good judgment and prompt decision-making, particularly in emergencies.
- Maintains equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good condition.
- Implements positive guidance and disciplinary techniques to address member behavior issues.
- Applies active supervision methods while interacting with Club members.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Endorses and embodies the culture, mission, values, and fundamental beliefs of the organization.
- Fosters an inclusive, friendly, and respectful atmosphere that values diversity.
- Undertakes other tasks as delegated.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Completion of high school education or equivalent G.E.D.
- Passion for engaging with young people.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust to evolving Club requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and readiness to adapt to new technologies.
- If 21 or older, possession of a valid driver's license and meeting Club vehicle operation criteria.
- Exemplary ethics and integrity.
- Emphasis on safety and well-being.
- Prior experience in directly engaging with youth programs.
- Ability to acquire and uphold CPR and First Aid certifications.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Role of Part-time Program Instructor involves ensuring the safety and supervision of Club members across various program areas. Reporting to the Youth Development Supervisor, the Part-time Program Instructor is responsible for providing top-notch programs and engaging activities to Club members. They leverage the organization's mission, vision, and values to empower members for success and deliver an outcome-driven Club experience. Duties encompass program development, facilitation, ensuring program area safety, cleanliness, and offering guidance to volunteers. If aged 21 or above, additional responsibilities may include member transportation.
