Job Summary
The Practice Manager directs coordinates and manages all operations related to an outpatient medical practice takes complete ownership for successful operations strategic planning of clinic including financial employee engagement retention patient experience ensures high quality patient care customer service delivered most financially efficient way works strong dyad relationship with providers Associate Directors Administrator collaborates leaders market provide seamless integrated service patients.Responsibilities
- Responsible strong financial performance through ensuring proper controls practices followed documented secure financial viability practice prepares executes budget monitors approves payroll ordering supplies inventory also ensures accurate charge capture.
- Provides exceptional leadership promotes teamwork collaboration creates environment supports high employee physician engagement strategically selects onboards continuously develops rewards retains provides transparent performance feedback staff leaders providers maintains competencies function any staff roles needed support efficient operations.
