**Job Summary** We are looking for dynamic Cleaners to join our dedicated team in Newport Beach The Cleaners maintain a clean working environment for all staff and visitors. **We have full time, evening shifts available.**
+ Service, clean, disinfect and supply restrooms
+ Gather and empty trash
+ Clean incidental floor spills by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them
+ Clean debris from building exterior grounds, including parking structure
+ Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
+ Dust and disinfect doorknobs, common surfaces, furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
+ Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
+ Utilize communication equipment to receive work orders.
+ Learn and follow safety procedures and policy
+ Perform all other building maintenance duties according to property requirement
**Requirements**
+ Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in janitorial, cleaning, property or facilities maintenance
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
+ Ability to fulfill the physical demands of the essential functions of the job.
**Job Types:** Full time positions **Location:** Orange County, Newport Beach area **Schedule:** Night **Pay rate:** $15 hourly
