Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Project Estimator at CPR-Concrete Painting & Restoration located in Tarpon Springs, FL. The Project Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with construction estimating, project estimation, budgeting, and cost management. The role will involve some remote work.

Qualifications

• Construction Estimating, Project Estimation, and Budgeting skills
• Cost Management and Communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (Must know Excel)
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
