    Responsibilities


    PCG helps school districts and state agencies across the country support the delivery of health-related services by helping schools access more than $500M in Medicaid reimbursement each year.

    Data analytics personnel will be key members of the Fee-for-Service (FFS) Operations team within the School Based Services (SBS) Center of Excellence (COE).

    These staff will be responsible for effectively integrating capabilities in data analytics and process improvement, collaborating with Client Success, Technology, Program Integrity, and other Operations staff (e.g., those focused on Claiming and Client Operations) to continually improve how we access, interpret, and act on our data.


    Duties & Responsibilities:
    Team

    Work with others to create a professional and respectful team dynamic with a culture of mutual accountability.

    Focus on refining, diversifying, and growing individual and team capabilities and experience within Data Analytics.

    Work collaboratively to achieve Data Analytics goals.

    Data Analytics

    Execute data analytics tasks and activities, including understanding state or COE functional area nuances.

    Produce clear, concise, and repeatable code, processes, and reporting that can be easily leveraged by others.

    Process confidential data and information according to HIPAA, FERPA, and PCG internal policies.

    Generate reports from single or multiple systems.

    Train internal users on new reports and dashboards.

    Collaboration & Coordination


    Execute user acceptance testing of data driven features, working with quality assurance analysts and other COE functional areas (e.g., Technology) if necessary.

    Translate business data requirements received from other COE functional areas into actionable data deliverables utilizing technical solutions.

    Qualifications


    Required Skills:
    Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously.

    Track record for achieving results.

    Proven ability to take initiative and seek solutions.

    Strong risk mitigation mindset.

    Organization, planning, and time management skills.


    Education and Experience:
    Bachelor's degree or corresponding experience.

    Minimum of 1+ years of data analytics experience.

    Expertise in PCG's SBS systems, such as UBS, EasyTrac, and Claiming System.

    Proficiency in MS Office products, specifically Access and/or Excel.

    Experience using Asana or comparable task/project management tool.

    Strong working knowledge of SAP is a plus.

    Compensation


    Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
