    Job Title: Prep Cook at Demos' Restaurant


    Demos' is currently looking for prep cooks to join their team and become an integral part of their award-winning service staff. As a prep cook, you will have the opportunity to undergo training and further develop your skills through cross-training initiatives. The role of back-of-house employees is crucial to the smooth operation of the restaurant.


    Responsibilities:

    • Strive to impress customers by going above and beyond in food preparation.
    • Possess a coachable attitude.
    • Provide a welcoming atmosphere for customers upon their arrival.
    • Adhere to recipes and checklists to maintain consistency and safety.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
    • Display a positive demeanor, professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork.
    • Ability to work effectively in high-volume situations.
