    Job Description
    The position requires compliance with various vaccination and health history requirements as part of the onboarding process. These include but are not limited to COVID-19 vaccination, MMR, Hepatitis B, influenza vaccinations, and physical health statements. Additionally, successful completion of a 10-panel drug screen and several professional forms is necessary.

    Responsibilities

    Maintain up-to-date health records and submit necessary health forms.

    Complete required competency testing and skills checklists.

    Adhere to the code of conduct and system security agreements.

    Prepare for Joint Commission testing and comply with necessary audits.

    Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

    Completion of required health tests and screenings.

    Possession of proper licensure or certificates as applicable to the role.
