    Senior HRIS Analyst - Reporting & Analytics (Workday). US-Remote-telework position, US Citizenship is required.

    Amentum is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst - Reporting & Analytics to contribute to the success of the Human Resources Information Systems function focused on the development and maintenance of simple to complex reports and visualizations, including but not limited to advanced, matrix, composite reports, metrics/KPIs, and dashboards utilizing Workday Report Writer, Worksheets, Discovery Boards, and Slides, as well as other tools and available technologies.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Leads in the design, building, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting of simple to complex reports and visualizations, including but not limited to advanced, matrix, composite reports, metrics/KPIs, and dashboards utilizing Workday Report Writer, Worksheets, Discovery Boards, and Slides, as well as other tools and available technologies (MS Power BI).
    • As part of a larger team, this role administers the Workday system including all reporting development, system configuration, maintaining security, data audits and corrections, and introduction of new functionality.
    • Establishes quality assurance of delivered insights and design testing techniques to ensure accurate results are delivered across the business at scale following standard guidelines.
    • Maintains the reporting inventory to ensure consistent naming, descriptions, tagging, formatting, filters, and share permissions. Organizes and monitors persona-based report packages and inventory to maximize self-service reporting functionality and minimize ad-hoc report requests.
    • Regularly performs data audits and validation and follows up with appropriate teams for corrections. Regularly conducts requirements reviews with HRIS leads and proactively develops or modifies processes and reporting to meet the needs of the business and drive efficiencies.
    • Consults with departments such as Program HR, Recruiting, Talent, Payroll, and IT as needed to develop cooperation and to define reporting and analytics requirements and specifications.
    • Contributes to the the development of HRIS policies. Understands and maintains employees' Data Privacy compliance measures, HR laws, and regulations associated with resource and data management. Follows appropriate change control processes and approval processes when applying updates to employee records and other system configuration.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience. Two years of related work experience may be substituted for each year of the degree requirement.
    • Minimum of 8 years directly related Workday HRIS experience focused in the areas of functional configuration, security and reporting.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience with Workday Report Writer, Complex Reports, Composite Reports and Discovery Boards
    • Experience with Workday People Analytics and Workday Reporting Pro Certification preferred
    • Prior use of business intelligence and analytics tools like Power BI preferred
    • Experience with ADP and Deltek Costpoint, or comparable complex system preferred
    • Government contracting experience preferred
    • Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Possesses an analytical mind for translating user needs to determine when software changes should be made and how systems and processes can be made more efficient
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; ability to effectively prioritize tasks
