    Are you a driven sales engineer with a background in commercial HVAC? Then we want YOU

    The Project Sales Engineer is responsible for developing project opportunities for the client's mechanical service group by working with existing clients and by building new relationships.

    Primary Job Responsibilities

    • Focusing on owner-direct repairs, replacements, retrofits, and tenant improvements.
    • Identifying and nurturing business opportunities with new and existing clients.
    • Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
    • Crafting compelling presentations to showcase our unique value proposition.
    • Collaborating with our team to ensure smooth project turnover.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer
    • Successful track record in selling complex solutions
    • Ability to creatively explain and present complex solutions
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Strong technical/mechanical background
    • Hunter mindset with the a passion for forging relationships
    • Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, or other technical disciplines) and/or two-year related trade school
    • 5+ years of experience with commercial HVAC systems
    • 1+ years of commercial sales experience
    • Knowledge of control systems and DDC
