    About the Position

    LocumJobsOnline is working with Wellhart, LLC to find a qualified Emergency Medicine MD in Texas

    We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a 40-day assignment in Texas, commencing Apr 6, 2026. This role involves managing rural ER cases during 24-hour shifts, requiring proficiency in all lifesaving procedures, including intubation, extubation, ventilation management, performing H&P, and handling emergency codes to ensure comprehensive patient care.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Provide emergency medical care during 24-hour shifts.
    • Manage a variety of rural emergency room cases.
    • Perform all lifesaving procedures, including intubation and extubation.
    • Manage ventilation for critical patients.
    • Conduct history and physical examinations (H&P).
    • Respond effectively to emergency codes.

    Additional Information
