Key Responsibilities

Conduct

comprehensive patient assessments

and deliver appropriate care across all age groups from pediatric to geriatric patients.
Provide

direct patient care

while demonstrating strong clinical and critical care nursing skills.
Maintain

accurate and timely documentation

of patient care, treatment plans, and progress in the patient chart.
Demonstrate competency in

emergency procedures and critical care equipment .
Ensure compliance with

National Patient Safety Goals , including patient identification and universal safety protocols.
Educate

patients and families

on procedures, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to

prioritize and coordinate patient care .
Maintain

professional conduct and patient confidentiality

in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Use

safe patient handling techniques

and proper body mechanics.
Participate actively in the

patient care team

to ensure high-quality care and positive patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications

Active RN License
BLS Certification

(Required)
ACLS Certification

(Required)
Minimum 1 year ICU experience

(Required)
Education

Graduate of an

accredited School of Nursing
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

preferred
