    We are looking for a Physical Therapist in Sacramento, CA.

    Our client is focused on providing a speedy recovery while keeping patients engaged in the process, with aggressive scheduling and follow-up, helping injured workers return to work and life as soon as possible.


    As a Physical Therapist, your responsibilities include providing direct clinical care to patients following the supervising Physical Therapist's care plan, supporting Physical Therapists and patients through patient care management, organization, and communication.

    Your target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.


    Specialties: Orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, and injury prevention.


    Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift. Day shift - flexible to meet patient and clinic needs.


    Requirements:
    Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
    Current California PT License
    Preferred Outpatient experience, but we are willing to train the right candidate
    New graduates are welcome to apply


    Job Duties:
    Assess the therapeutic and rehabilitative status of patients and develop an appropriate treatment plan.
    Update and modify treatment plans as needed.
    Instruct and counsel patients effectively in exercises, home programs, and patient education.

    Maintain open communication with patients, supervising therapist, and referring physician (when applicable) regarding the patient's plan of care and progress.

    Complete timely and accurate documentation.
    Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize work.
    Knowledge of physical therapy office management systems and procedures.
    Social perceptiveness and service-oriented.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Strong organizational and planning skills.
    Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
