Description

Valiant is seeking experienced CAI Officers for placement with our client in Northern Virginia
CAI Officers direct intelligence activities, analyze and condense raw intelligence and prepare written products for IC consumers and policymakers
CAI Officers make tangible contributions on initiatives that secure our nation and advance its intelligence objectives

• A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience in the IC
• Ability to apply knowledge of laws and regulations to ensure compliance of client activities
• Ability to support the development, management and execution of IC programs
• Ability to contribute to training, technology and development of client initiatives
• Ability to remain abreast of topical issues and to compile/coordinate research and developmental activities
• Ability to use technology and social media to support and sustain projects and programs
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• A Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Prior experience with sponsor operations, systems and databases

• Operations certification
• Overseas experience
• Regional/Cultural expertise
• Experience in a leadership role or referent position
• Experience in intelligence operations, analysis and support to field operations
