The selected candidate will support the USSOCOM J-59L Strategy, Plans and Policy Lessons Learned Branch. The position involves providing a LL Network capable of supporting the execution of the USSOCOM Lessons Learned Program (LLP), through delivery of expert advice, collection support, analytical support, and assistance in carrying out all responsibilities and actions required to support the USSOCOM mission.

• Plan, synchronize, and coordinate Component Command's Annual LL Campaign Plans; includes coordination/information sharing with other commands.


• Candidate is responsible for collecting review present LL material compliance policy attainment objectives overall effectiveness quality supported Component Command US Navy SEAL Community Liaison Subject Matter Expert Harmonization/Standardization efforts operations trade craft harmony techniques experimentation analysis procedures communication understanding knowledge criteria evaluation met detail WOE professional modified hierarchical inspect small technical educated verbiage amplification collected attribute synchronization believe affected subsequent Operational communications partnering capabilities relations context inspired instances anomaly requests payload integration ticket input collects multiple observational entities modify complexity behavior.
