    LockNet is seeking a Key Systems Administrator to join our team The Key Systems Administrator works to support LockNet's customers and operations in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

    The Key Systems Administrator will work to ensure all key orders meet the customer's specifications before preparing orders to be produced by the production team.

    Responsibilities

    Assisting with entering orders into the various LockNet and third-party key management systems to develop key cutting and core pinning information as needed per order to maintain those systems for future and ongoing customer needs.

    Assisting with reviewing customer orders from the Service Department for key and core line items.
    Assisting with confirming key and core stock levels via the internal database system.
    Assisting with communications between departments regarding creating BOMs, Inventory levels, system creation, and perimeters of the system.
    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.

    The ideal candidate will possess the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely, adapt communication style to various audiences, actively listen, and provide constructive feedback.

    Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts diplomatically, are highly valued. Additionally, proficiency in written communication for producing clear and compelling documentation, such as reports, presentations, and emails, is required.

    Candidates should demonstrate a track record of effectively communicating ideas, goals, and expectations to ensure successful project outcomes and foster positive working relationships.

    Assisting with working with Purchasing, vendors, and Client Services departments to coordinate order timing, troubleshoot issues, and notify of product needs and issues.

    Assisting with the Interpretation and set up new systems
    Support the integration of new customers' existing key systems
    Assisting with Sales to interpret and update ZZ files for customer key system specifications
    Maintain and keep organized LockNet's key system data
    Assisting in working throughout the organization to support training needs related to key systems
    Assist in supporting Sales with solution development and new customer onboarding
    Performing other job-related duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications
    High school diploma, or equivalent.
    An understanding of keying documents and how to interpret the information they provide.
    Base knowledge of Keys and Cores.
    Mechanically minded and ability to learn quickly.
    Strong problem-solving skills.
    Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
