• Austin Area is currently seeking a talented individual to join the team as a Sales Coordinator .

Your Responsibilities:
*Coordinating between the sales department and the other areas of the hotel to ensure exceptional service of the groups and meetings staying at the hotel.*Responsible for the organization of all catering events that occur at the hotel.*Conduct site inspections, site tours, soliciting and generating new and repeat business.*Prepare written correspondence with clients and co-workers.*Conduct weekly BEO meetings, providing information on upcoming events to all key staff members.*Assisting with selling guestrooms and meeting rooms as needed.


Qualifications, Perks & Company Information:
*Best candidate will offer 2 years of hotels sales and front desk experience*Knowledge of IHG systems is preferred*Strong customer service skills, computer skills, and organizational skills are critical to the success of this position.*Ideal candidate will be outgoing and a proven self-starter.*Administrative experience is preferred.
