    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staffing Salesperson to join our dynamic and fast-growing organization. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new client partnerships.

    Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their staffing needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

    This position requires a strong background in sales, a deep understanding the domain you bring to the table, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.


    Sales Strategy and Growth:

    Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration in the engineering staffing sector.

    Identify and prospect potential clients, leveraging existing networks, industry events, and other business development strategies.
    Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
    Recommend appropriate staffing solutions, including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement services, based on client needs and budget considerations.

    Collaborate with internal recruiting team to identify suitable candidates, assess their skills and qualifications, and present the best-fit talent to clients.


    Qualifications:
    Proven track record of success in sales within the staffing industry.
    Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and analyze client needs.
    Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
    Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
    Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
    Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
