    As our newest Account Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with Attorneys and Law Firms to generate referral business and provide top-quality customer service.

    You will benefit from our high-level relationships with law firms and contacts that will help you hit-the-ground running and bring in additional clients. This is a unique opportunity to work with industry leaders and become part of a dynamic, fast-growing yet stable company.

    This role is remote based, requiring the ability to work from home and be available to travel/visit clients as needed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Network with lawyers and law firms to generate new business
    • Build relationships with attorneys and law firm clients by thinking creatively and developing ways to make us their go-to source for their funding needs
    • Utilize Salesforce tools to effectively manage the sales process and maintain relevant activity, notes, and case status
    • Manage and maintain accounts, prepare emails, documents, and contracts, while paying close attention to details and documenting them in Salesforce
    • Work in collaboration with attorney clients and your support team to ensure that plaintiffs funding application and contract get approved
    • Attend sales conferences and meetings as needed

    Requirements:

    • 1-5+ years of B2B sales, account management, and relationship building experience
    • Polished and effective communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook email/calendar)
    • Reliable transportation
