    The Position:
    We are on the lookout for driven, results-oriented individuals to champion branded prescription sales in a specified territory. We offer a competitive base salary and benefits, coupled with exceptional incentive opportunities linked directly to your performance in expanding business within your assigned area.

    The Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will promote our branded products alongside additional offerings. The primary call points will include healthcare providers in Endocrinology, Primary Care, and Women's Health. With new product launches anticipated year over year, we aim to innovate continually and maintain our leadership in specialty care.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Engaging with healthcare providers in your territory to educate them about our products' features, benefits, uses, and support programs for both healthcare providers and their patients.
    • Adopting a partnership-driven selling style that effectively utilizes promotional materials and sales tools (such as market share reports) during calls.
    • Building and nurturing strong relationships with designated healthcare providers and their staff to drive business growth.
    • Enhancing your selling skills and product knowledge by completing required training, collaborating with managers, and reviewing information from our product management and medical affairs teams.

    Basic Requirements:

    • A Bachelor's Degree (B.S., B.A., or B.S.N.) from an accredited institution.
    • At least 2 years of outside B2B sales experience.
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
    • Exceptional organization skills with strong oral presentation and communication abilities.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated sales achievements and those residing within 20 miles of the designated territory.
