    POSITION SUMMARY:
    The Financial Reporting will be responsible for assisting in the monthly consolidation close process, performing extensive financial statement analyses, assisting in the preparation and review of the Controllers Book as well reviewing schedules related to SEC disclosures including footnotes, MD&A and the Cash Flow Statement

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    Review reporting schedules and assist in Cash Flow Statement preparation non-controlling liabilities, other income, goodwill, etc.
    Preparation and review of P&L and Balance Sheet analysis including variance analysisEnsure timely delivery of Controllers Book (used by senior management) including coordinate compilation, review for accuracy and completeness as well as prepare/review certain schedulesManage the Consolidation JE processMaintain and update reporting package schedulesLiaison with PWC and External Reporting team for requests including developing timeline for deliverablesLiaison with other departments (Tax, Treasury, Corp GL, Corporate Development, and IR)Interact with business unit controllers departmentsCommunicate investment activity to Business Units and ensure proper recording of transactionsEDUCATION,


    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:


    Undergraduate degree in accounting or business administration.3-5 years of current public accounting experience in a Big 4 or large national firm with a strong audit client base.

    Knowledge of U.S. GAAP/IFRS, SOX Compliances and SEC regulations.
    Strong communication (verbal & written), analytic and technical research skills.
    Detail oriented and organizational skillsSound presentation and supervisory skills.
    Highly motivated and ability to work independently to meet targets.
    Microsoft Office skills, primarily Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint. Knowledge of excelSpanish is must.
