- Position: Clinical Coordinator
- Location: Evanston Hospital
- Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
- Hours: Days
- License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred
- Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in appropriate clinical setting required; Prior management experience preferred

- Manage day to day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput
- Would assume direct patient care if necessary
- Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a specific clinical care area(s)
- Guide and direct a team of care-givers in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while preparing them for discharge
- Guides staff development by teaching, mentoring and counseling with new and experienced staff, for both clinical and customer loyalty skills

Position Highlights:2 Louis is a 29-bed telemetry acute medical unit specializing in general medicine, stroke, and cardiac care. The unit operates 24-hours a day, 365 days out of the year catering to an adult and geriatric patient population.
The Staff Nurse will engage in relationship-based care providing holistic, patient-centered care to achieve healthy relationships in a safe, healing, caring environment enabling patients and family to equally partner in the multidisciplinary care provided.
