Join us as a Senior Sous Chef and be a part of the newest luxury hotel in downtown LA. Located in the most exciting state-of-the-art development to come to DTLA, this luxurious 28-story hotel will have over 300 rooms.Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in the direction and oversight of all culinary operations.
- Create and implement menu selections for special banquet themes and events based on current food trends.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company health safety sanitation standards.
