The Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician/ Care Management Support Assistant works as a liaison between case managers doctors nurses and patients as they transition on service with One Infusion Pharmacy.
Fulfillment Technicians are responsible for coordinating care with external and internal departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of all pertinent clinical billing demographic information in accordance with the policies procedures of One Infusion Pharmacy state regulations other regulatory entities such as Accreditation Counsel for Home Care ACHC.
The Fulfillment Technician works under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist assists with coordination delivery of products services to One Infusion Pharmacies patients Patient registration onboarding coordination care will comprise at least P daily tasks referral coordinator+
- Coordinates patient registration onboarding new patients communicate case managers nursing caregivers appropriate information
- Communicates schedule deliveries timely optimal manner patients caregivers dispatch team
