Collaborate with clinical, operational, and vendor teams to translate integration requirements, review technical specifications, gather needs, and ensure seamless data flow between systems (e.g. EMRs and ancillary applications).
Develop, maintain, and enhance integrations using modern object-oriented programming languages, APIs, data models, database interactions, integration platforms (Rhapsody, Epic Bridges), and healthcare messaging standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.).
Build and implement full-stack code for data sharing, user interfaces, and functional processes; perform low-to-medium level coding adjustments for existing interfaces as needed.
Investigate and resolve production issues through debugging, critical thinking, and root-cause analysis; provide ongoing support for legacy and modern systems in a 24/7 healthcare environment.
Participate in project planning, effort estimation, milestone tracking, testing/validation of deliverables, and quality assurance checkpoints to meet business and clinical objectives.

Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with object-oriented programming
Experience reading from and writing to databases
Experience using development tools such as IDEs and source control
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related discipline
Experience with healthcare related platform (Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, Corepoint, BridgeLink, Cloverleaf)
Experience with HL7 (v2, v3, FHIR), X12, XML, JSON
Additional Information
Rotational on-call participation is required after completion of training
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
