    Education & Experience


    Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a member-obsessed mindset, with 3+ years of experience managing and administering a core banking system.

    Additionally, candidates must have experience with Fiserv DNA. Candidates with SQL and other database management systems are preferred.

    Include a resume or link to your LinkedIn profile to show 3+ years of related experience in database system management.

    A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field is required.
    Requirements


    Under the supervision of the Chief Information and Technology Officer, the Core Banking Administrator will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Fiserv DNA core banking system for the credit union.

    This person will ensure the system is functioning efficiently, effectively, and securely, and will work closely with various departments to provide support and maintenance.

    The Core Banking Administrator should be detail-oriented, as they will monitor the performance and resolve any issues that arise within the core banking platform.

    The ideal candidate will be collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure system integrations are properly functioning.

    The Core Banking Administrator will also provide support for database integration with Oracle.

    As a servant leader, the Core Banking Administrator will troubleshoot and support credit union staff who are having issues related to the core banking system.

    This position offers incredible flexibility, with the opportunity to work in a hybrid arrangement. For highly qualified candidates, the credit union would also consider a fully remote work agreement.
